What the heck?!???!

So... I've been losing a lb. a week since November. I've had 1 or 2 weeks when I stayed the same... but that's it. It's been steady. Even recently, with my calorie range set to lose only half a pound a week, I still lost a lb. week.

Well, this week... I gained 1. I could understand if I was eating brownies and ice cream all week, but I was within my calorie range!! I even did an extra workout this week!! UGH! Best I can hope is that maybe last weigh in was an especially low day and today is an especially high one (ya know how weight can fluctuate). Hopefully next week will bring a 2 lb. loss so that I'll have a net loss of a pound for the 2 weeks.

This just feels wrong!

    You're almost to your goal...sometimes your weight loss slows down when you get close...but keep it up...just be more stubborn that those last few stubborn pounds and they'll eventually give up!
