Just thinking

This is the 3rd week since I've made a serious and consistent effort to get back into shape. I feel good. I'm proud of the fact that I've stuck to it and believe that I will continue to stick to it. It actually feels good to exercise. Before my daughter I was a gym rat and before that I was active duty in the Marine Corps so fitness was a big part of my life. Somehow I got off track. I am not looking for the body of a model (I know I could never get that -and I don't think I would want it) but I just want to be confident again. I want to feel good about being me and I believe that I am well on my way.
