Food from 4/15/08

Yesterday was a long day. Work just dragged on. I worked through lunch so I could get out early for my daughter's softball game. We didn't get home until 8:45pm or so last night.

Just in time to see Ali win The Biggest Loser. Good for her!! emoticon

So anyway. The purpose of this blog is just to write down what I ate yesterday.

Sweet Tea
Small bowl of Trix cereal with whole milk
Store bought mixed salad with cucumbers, green bell peppers, turkey meat.
Fat Free Italian dressing (4tbsp - 20 cals, 0 fat)
Strawberries with whip cream (3tbsp - 37.5 cals, 2.25 fat)
1 serving of animal crackers (2g fat, not sure of cals)
3 small pieces of pizza
2 cheese sticks at the ball park
1 strawberry gatorade
More sweet tea
Some water, maybe 1 or 2 cups

My weight didn't budge at all! I need my water. Must work on that...AGAIN!!

The gatorade is probably just as bad as soda, but I needed something with some flavor.

Time for me to start getting the kids up, so I gotta git.
