The secret to weightloss...

is variety, or at least that's what they say. For me the secret to weightloss is quite the opposite. Give me the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day! I'm starting to rely on my cauliflower and chicken wrap (it's a lot better than it sounds) which has 30+g protein and 220 calories. Fill up my bowl of Special K in the am! Give me my serving of cottage cheese when I get home from student teaching before I excercise! Is that strange? I once read a blog by a guy that lost 150lbs. He ate the same thing everyday! I thought, "How is that possible? I would get so sick of that!" Well, now I'm addicted to certain meal items! What do you take from that?
The secret to weightloss...for me is visualization. I need to see (in writing) the calories I ate, the minutes I exercised, the calendar on the door charting my progress. It motivates me. The mindset that I have entered is amazing. As I told a fellow sparker, Just do it! (Nike, how appropriate) Just do it! Why complain, slack off, eat crap, etc? Make the best of every situation and DO IT! I am not a weak person so why in the past have I been weak in food choices? I'm an accomplished, intelligent young woman; I have worked hard for what I have; I can also work hard at this! : ) You can too!!!
