Going Out to Eat

Going out to eat is proably my biggest problem area with losing weight. I always eat too many calories. I view going out to eat as a "special" occassion and tend to order whatever I want and drink whatever I want. Well, today I am going out to eat with my mom but I have vowed to make some changes in this area. I'm not going to try to do it all at once but in small steps. My first step...starting with today...I am not going to "drink" my calories. I almost always order soda which adds tons of calories especially since you never really know how much you drink with the refills coming endlessly. Ha! From now on, I am going to only drink 0 calorie drinks like water or iced tea w/ sweetener. Since we are going to Friday's I also intend to order from their South Beach/Weight Watchers menu items. I forget which they have there... it may be both. Well, off I go!
