Its about 11 PM on a Friday night here in Ohio. My sister had a birthday party. I gorged, I'll admit it. lol. Its odd how I used to stuff myself this way all of the time...and tonight I felt like I might throw it all back up. I am so not used to eating to (stuffed byeond belief" capacity. Pleasantly full is what I'm used to...and that VERY full feeling is sickening. I can't believe I did that all the time in the past. I had cake, pizza, cookies...everything I don't usually get. :) I'm only smiling because I am sure that tomorrow I will exercise off tonight's naughtiness.

I lost 1.5 pounds this past week. Yay! Not too shabby. Although I think that tonight's splurge put me more at 196 than 195.5...I'm sticking with the smaller number as my official Friday weigh-in...because that's what I was when I woke up this morning. I'm sure by next Friday I'll be even smaller. ;)

I'm feeling pretty good about this weight loss and I've been working on those arms. Every other day I work on them, now. Tank tops by 21 is my motto. June 8th is my 21st birthday and I WILL be wearing tank tops by then. You can all hold me to that. LOL. :)

I live pretty close to work so I am going to start walking to and from when its not raining. I just don't want to go into work soaking wet. That will get me in at least a 20 minute walk (about 10 min to and from) almost everyday...even if I don't fit any other exercise into my day. That's pretty good. Its finally warm enough for this to be a practical way to save money on gas and get in some extra exercise on a regular basis.

I am so glad that winter is finally over. Spring is awesome. The trees are gorgeous and all I have to do is look outside and I start smiling.

    Great going, chicka! You sound like you're doing really well. And the walking is smart! Tonight, we're going out to dinner with my best friend to celebrate HER focus is not eat uber healthy, cause i've hit a plateau I think. Haven't lost anything for three weeks now, waa, lol!

    But, you get major applause, and I hope your scale boots you out of the 190's before you know it!

    You sound like you got your head right where it belongs!!! Woo Hoo!!!! I'm proud of you. I'm not sure how I'd react if I went off the plan. I'm filing your night & how you just are jumping back on the bad wagon in my head for that time. Sounds like you preplanned to go ahead & take a break from the plan for the night. I think that's ok once in awhile! Good for you!!! Becky

    Good for you enjoying yourself and then realizing how miserable it makes you. BTW... last I heard on here, you had just gotten below 200 and now it looks as if you are just losing steadily again, i mean by this next friday, that will be over 5 pounds ago! I bet it is thrilling to get on that scale and see 1 at the beginning of that numer!

    BTW... You will need to post a pic of yourself wearing a tank-top by your birthday.

    I'm glad that your sister had a nice birthday celebration with family. We may go off track from time to time nowadays, but it's hard to imagine that we used to overeat all the time! You are doing so well, my friend. I am so proud of you! Congratulations on your 1.5 pound loss this past week. I'm glad to hear that you will start walking to and from work. Keep up your great work, and you will feel so proud wearing tank tops of your choice by your 21st birthday!
