I have increased my exercise and I am tracking my foods. It has payed off with a nice weight loss. Thanks SP for the support and encouragement. I will continue to stay with my goals and to increase my walks from 5mins to 10mins a day.

    I hope the weather smiles on you for your walks.

    I'm enjoying eyeing up the neighbourhood gardens as I walk - I have spied a plant I like but don't know in several gardens and i'm inspired to find out what it is and put it in mine! You never know what you might spy .
