Seriously need to rest

Oh my goodness I am beat. Hell of a 2 days and I am so tired. Yesterday, I completed my workout as planned. But I think I did something to my foot and my darn knee is acting up as well. Today, I haven't tried to do anything yet because of the foot, knee, and staying up all night rearranging my home for my carpet shampooing. Needless to say, I could use a bit of a nap and some pain reliever. I am kind of ticked off though because I have been exercising so well this wk. Now I don't think I should be doing anything-at least that is what my body is saying. My mind is saying different! I actully do want to walk/jog today or even do a few workout dvd's. I have joined new teams and new challenges and I think they would appreciate if I followed through with my goals and plans.
I am debating on what I should do. Should I workout even though I know something is wrong or should I rest? I have already had 1 rest day too many. Besides that, I really want to write down my progress because I am anxious to see my results next wk. I don't know. I think I am going to lie down and slee on it. If my mind is clear when I wake and if there is no pain, I might just give it a shot.
