Well here it is April and instead of losing I seem to be gaining a few pounds. I am still working out although I need to get more weights in. I have not been tracking my food which may be part of the problem as well as snacking on unhealthy foods. I am trying to stay focused and not get down on myself too much but it is getting tough. I still feel good about what weight I have lost because several pairs of my capris are just way too big even with a belt. I am going to start tracking my food for awhile again and see if I am getting enough calories and hopefully that will help. I hate to move my ticker back to over 200 but I think it will help me.
