ok at work there is approx 25 stairs to the second floor and 50 to the third floor.... naturally there is no bathroom on the first floor (idiots) and only the trainer and myself have access cards to get through the doors on those floors so tonight alone i went up and down about 400 stairs!!! so in my opinion this is totally exercise seeing as i could have just handed over my card rather than go up all them stairs to let them in but how would i put that on my fitness page?

    You can enter it yourself, you'll just need to guesstimate the calories by reading up on it on another website. That's great!
