I am having a hard time with binging right now. It has been really hard last week and this week. My birthday and my sister's birthday was last week. I exercised more than ever, but I cheated some on food. Well, that has carried on into this week. ARGHHH! I feel kind of helpless right now. I am still doing all of my exercise, but I feel more sluggish. I just need a junk food intervention. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Ok girl.. the thing is you need to clean out kitchen.. second.. you need to get online and read about TLCs.. i can make you thin.. i have been taping it on tv and you might still be able to see older ones to see the tricks they show.. to help with cravings and deal with stress and to get on tract.. all it takes is being postive and wanting to be better.. i know its hard we alll eat something we shouldnt .. so dont look back just consentrate on today and tomorrow.. plan your meals.. make sure your drinking your water.. and for dinner Dr Oz says eat wheat bread with a little olive oil on it just before you eat and will help from over eating.. i KNOW you can Do this! dont give up..
