I am having a hard time with binging right now. It has been really hard last week and this week. My birthday and my sister's birthday was last week. I exercised more than ever, but I cheated some on food. Well, that has carried on into this week. ARGHHH! I feel kind of helpless right now. I am still doing all of my exercise, but I feel more sluggish. I just need a junk food intervention. Any advice would be appreciated.
