Why did I do the BLC Challenge???

I started to ask myself that awhile ago=) I did it because I thought it would be a great way to stay accountable, having a partner to help out and to make friendships along the way. My weight is the same as the first day of this challenge=( I am upset with that but I am okay. I quit smoking and figured that I would gain and I did, although I have now lost what I gained. I feel that I gained so much from this challenge, not giving up is the main one. I could have thrown the towel in a long time ago but I did have friends in my corner;) you know who you are!! That brings me to the friendship part of my gain, what a great group of people there are here at SP!!! I guess that is about it for now, kid's are whining that they are hungry for lunch...of course!!

    What an accomplishment you have made! You quit smoking, added years onto your life that way, then loss the weight you gained from that, again adding years onto your life! I agree with you, not throwing in the towel is a HUGE accomplishment!
