well it has been 10 days now and I'm so busy keeping up with all this info and inspiration that I can't take the time to overeat. I was definitely wrong about calorie counting. It is such an eye opener to put what you ate in and find the calorie count. I haven't been good about eating the foods that are there so I figured out how to put in what I do eat and oh boy. Maybe it will sink in that you are what and how much you eat. I'm going to ride my today. I have been off for a couple of days because I was foolish enough to rake and clean the yard this weekend. I did get exercise but that kind, although it is satisfying , it really takes a toll on my back. I was in bed by 7pm on Monday night and that is way to early for me. My back never aches but it did that night. Yesterday it was better but still not good enough to do exercises. Hopefully today will be better. I hope that everybody has a great day.
