What a Week!

I had such a GREAT 1st week. I lost 5.4. I was so disciplined I even surprised myself. I got up every morning and went to the City Pool and did about 30 laps everyday, and then came home and ran 2 miles. In addition some days I did my Turbo Jam, and some I did my Biggest loser Body sculpt. I can honestly say I'm focused. And with 17 oter people in it from work, that definetly helps.
