Did ok today...not cooking for myself is a pain in the ass because I come home and my mom cooked these ravioli's that after eating a very small portion, I realize are a RIDICULOUS amount of calories for what they are. I did find a new favorite..Damascus whole wheat roll-ups. Part pita, part wrap, part bread...good stuff! No gym for me today...coughing all day and have a runny nose...sleep is better at this point than exercise. I'm on my own at work this week with one definite and one potential adoption going on... and there is no way to be out sick. PERIOD.
