I have been here one week and I am saturated with info. I still haven't figured out half of it. I guess that is half the journey. The nutrition and fitness guides really help. I can see exactly what amount of calories I am getting and if I skip to many exercises I feel guilty. It really makes you want to be accountable. I won't be weighing myself until the 15th of april coz that is when we weigh as a family. Wish me luck as I do you.
