Never thought I'd be...

Never thought I'd be so happy about one pound ...but I am. Last 2 weeks were zippos...nada...nuthin'! And amazingly, I didn't fall apart.

So this one pound makes my total 38 in 13 weeks. Hopefully next week will have some "friends" that will want to join the one I lost this week :)

    Great progress Penny. So glad you didn't give in. I'm stuck myself without having lost for 2 weeks and I plan to change up my workout routine this week to try to boost myeself. I will be thrilled myself if I lose only that 1 lb next week. Hopefully you'll get a bigger result now that you've begun again. I'm so happy for you!!! Keep going and you WILL be in that dress next year dancing to Thriller! :)

    Way to keep it together and push through the slow period. It get's frustrating. Besides the 2 pounds, which are awesome, you should be most proud of not giving up. That is huge and something I can't say I did recently when I should have. You are awesome. Hold you head up high!

    Hey you! Congrats on your one pound!!! That's great! I admire you for sticking with it even though for two weeks it was nothing. I just had one week with nothing and I'm finding it hard to stick with it! I admire you for that! 38 pounds is amazing! Keep up that awesome work!
