10 Week Challenge - update 8/eleventh week

Well, like I mentioned I had missed the ninth week and it turns out that an additional week was added, so hence the eleventh week update.
When I went back on the 10th week I had a gain. I wasn't too surprised. I was rushing to get my water in for the day and I think I had to much to close to my weigh-in. Plus, my training miles are movin' on up and I know I have bigger muscles in my thighs these days.
This week I went in and I was down 7 pounds. So, you see - I think the water played a big part in my gain. I added a lot of miles last week and I added some calories. I know that my body needs fuel or it will shut down, but sometimes I only focus on the scale and wanting to see those numbers get lower and lower and I don't do the right thing.
I'm workin' on it though. I am still in the learning process of all of this.
Well, because a lot of people couldn't make it to finale night the instructor has given us another week. I hope I can pull off another good number. I weighed in at 189.6. I'd love to see 186 or lower.
Please pray I don't sabatage myself.
