FINALLY busted that darned plateau

Two whole months - I never want that to happen again.
Getting serious about strength training, increasing my weights and exhausting my muscles helped a lot. Also short bursts of cardio during the day and intervals on my walks.

    Good for you! Maybe I should try that too because I am STUCK in the doggone 160's!!! I'm glad you broke through. Good luck on the rest of your journey!!

    Don't thank me...you did all the work! I am so glad to hear that you've busted through your plateau. I've finally gotten off my plateau as well (thanks to Body for Life)....doesn't it feel good?!!!
