BACK from the TRADE SHOW

Got back from the Trade Show on Sunday evening - POOPED from doing it 'solo' and being 'on' for 12 hours at a time. I had some soup, went to bed and slept for 18 hours. Of course, I'm nursing a bad cold and rest is essential. Diet wasn't predictable, as 'breaks' were sporadic due to heavy traffic. The results were 'over the top' and the experience was enjoyable. I'm looking forward to getting back to 'normal' (whatever that is) and becoming disciplined to the ways of this 'plan'. I'm still not up to anything other than lots of sleep & lots of water. My voice is almost gone, but I'm feeling good about the experience and what was accomplished, above and beyond.
I had LOTS of opportunities to do one of my favorite things - to shake hands with our retired Military VETERANS, and thank them for their service and for our freedom. I also enjoy doing that with the firemen and policemen who patrol the shows. They are usually caught by surprise and sometimes shed a tear at being appreciated in this way and thanked for their many sacrifices on our behalf.
I'll catch up with you all soon.
