Weighed myself about 10 times this morning

Okay Okay, so I had the flu. I am feeling much better, thank you. I took everyone's advice and started back on my spark plan diet yesterday. I don't plan to eat extra, and quite frankly, I don't think I could. My stomach and body are use to eating like this, I am not finding it difficult any more at all. It really has become a habit, I think. When I do over-induldge, which happened a bit on our trip at Easter, I feel stuffed and uncomfortable.


I had to weigh myself over and over again at this morning's weigh-in. I even moved the scale around the room to see if somehow there was a mysterious magnetic force causing it to read low. LOL. No, it was consistent. I dropped 6.5% of my bodyweight this month. Woo hoo! I am just a little over 6 pounds away from 1/2 my goal. And only 12 pounds away from bringing my BMI down below that yucky obesity line. Oh happy day!
