Pilates - Part 2

Today's class was really tough. My legs are still a little sore from Monday but I am glad I signed up for 6 weeks of this - I feel better,stronger already!
I am watching the scale go up despite my calories being in check and exercising. Just a pound but still is frustrating. Suppose that is the lovely combo of hypothyroid,pcos and turning 40. I am not going to let it get in my way though. Sooner or later I will break through to the 160's and I am thankful that I have the ability and time to exercise. A Ymca to exercise at and a Sparkpage to whine on. I've got it all! :)
