My daughter Victoria just told me about this website, and I have decided to give it a try. I have been on Weight Watchers for a couple years and have lost my motivation. I still have a lot of weight to lose and I don't want to waste any more time. I want to get to my goal weight!
I haven't checked this site all out, so I haven't made concrete plans just yet, but I know I need help with some things. Lately I have been having trouble turning away from stuff I know isn't doing me any good, like cookies, too many lo-cal snack bars, etc. I like the Weight Watchers CORE program, but sometimes I just crave sweet and starchy foods. And chocolate!
