day 3

day three of exercising in the morning, doing muscle work, and controlling temptation!

i just finished 40mins of stepper, and i now have my own strength exercise routine that i do two sets of everyday, so all together i do -

400resistance band arm lifts (so hard!!)
150 leg curl crunches
150 twist crunches.

i really want better abs, and better arms, obviously. i haven't lost any weight yet, even though i'm eating healthy i think i might be eating still too much to lose... i really want to be able to count calories but it's hard when you can't do all the cooking yourself, at home with family.

yesterday i was proud of myself - i was home alone, and when that happens i always have the urge to mini binge. but i didn't let myself, i had little snacks but nothing too bad and felt in control :)
