I was really inspired about this woman's story & how she went from 240 lbs. to 130 lbs. which is my ideal (adult) weight. This is a real weight that I can maintain, because my frame is used to about 120-125 lbs.
The mere fact that her body was able to bounce back from this adversity and look that great in a bikini on National TV is amazing to me. I so admire somebody who can stick to a healthy, long-term routine.http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/23778174#23778174
