Side Raises - 5x12, 8x10, 10x8, 12x8, 15x5
Bent Over Raises - 5x12, 8x10, 10x8, 12x6, 15x4
BB Shrugs - 250x12, 260x10, 270x8, 280x6, 290x4
Upright Row - 35x12, 40x10, 45x8, 50x6, 55x4
Front Press - 75x12, 85x10, 95x8, 105x6, 115x4
Cardio - 30 minutes on treadmill (15 min walk at 4.0 & 15 min jog at 5.0)


Yesterday, I mixed the order of my exercises and it really made me feel like they were new. The muscles are sore and I feel like I'm making progress.

Also, I started taking some additional supplements. After some research, I thought I would try Tonalin CLA, Flaxseed, and upgraded to the GNC Mega Man Sport Vitapak.
