DB Ext - 20x12, 25x10, 30x8, 35x6, 40x3
Tricep Ext - 40x12, 50x10, 60x8, 70x6, 70x4
Dips - 10x, 10x, 10x, 10x, 10x
Rev. Wrist Curl - 20x12, 20x10, 20x8, 20x6, 20x4
Wrist Curl - 20x12, 20x10, 20x8, 20x6, 20x4

I switched the order of each exercise and found that it really affected the intensity of each workout. I told myself that I would switch the order each week. I love it!!!
