Yeah, 3 days in a row of exercising!!! I came home from work and did at least 30 minutes of something. So far so good. I even started to write down my work outs and I have a calendar I printed out and I started putting stickers on the days I worked out (I like stickers).
I HAVE to exercise tonight. I ate two large slices of pizza (I did blot the grease off of it), and I had a large waterice from Rita’s since it’s free today. I know I shouldn’t have had it, but I did.
I was thinking about what finally got me off my butt and started to exercise and what I think really helped is this mental picture I have of what I will look like at my goal weight. I see myself happy and carefree and having fun and so sexy! I picture myself with the BF at home, or me at work, anywhere. This has been going on for at least a month and I think I got tired of wishing I was like that and I wanted to be like that.
Know what else got me off my butt? I booked a cruise for this May. I am crazy excited and I want to look good when I go since I need to wear a bathing suit. Oh, and none of my summer clothes fit. They didn’t fit last year either.
