Exercise-I am doing it!!!

Wednesday, March 19, 2008

I started riding my recumbent bike this week. Which has been a little difficult because I fell down the steps on new years day and bruised my tailbone really bad. The doctor told me it take a long time for tailbone bruises to heal. Well, two and half month and still have some discomfort. Thank God I don't have a desk job. But I am doing it with the help of pain pills and by sitting on a cushion. But I am proud that I am doing it.

Yes, tailbone fractures take awhile to heal. I fractured mine a couple of years ago on the steps (my dog tripped me). I was in pain for a few months, worst at work b/c I do alot of walking & lifting. I didn't do the pain killer thing, I hate taking pills.
I'm glad you are pushing through the pain & staying active that will help alot. Keep up the great work you will feel better in no time. You are a winner! Or should I say Loser. HaHA!

Good for you! You sort of take my excuses and throw them right out the window. Very motivating.
Tailbones do take an incredibly long time to heal, probably longer depending on your age. Thank God for drugs, aye? LOL.
