Day one of the Finance Weight Brigade

Okay well not really a brigade it just sounded good. Day one, we have a nice scale in place at work and we weighed ourselves today. One of my co-workers created a spreadsheet to keep track of our weights and how much we've lost. We added a column to put in our goal weights to remind us of where we want to be.

I lost 2 lbs!!! I haven't even done much of anything except trying to eat only to satisfaction! WooHoo!! I was soo happy, I still am. I am so not going to look like I did when I hit max weight ever again! I found motivation today to be healthier.

We are planning to have a Salad day once a week or so where everyone signs up to bring certain ingredients to make a heathly, flavorful salad to share. Our first day is Monday!

I'm really excited and feeling much better about myself and my choices now that we are doing this at work.

I am going to bed now because one of the things I'm trying to do is get enough sleep so I can get up and work out and stay focused all day at work. I am exhausted because for the past three nights I've stayed up past midnight and needed to get up by 7 and that just didn't feel like enough. 8pm bedtime tonight as my yawns are splitting my face open and my eyes are crossing. lol
