Well, after having the flu for two weeks I am finally feeling better and getting back to life. I have been telling myself for so long that I wanted to start losing weight and haven’t actually done too much about it. I have been maintaining, but not losing. Last week, when I couldn’t work out because I was sick, I really wanted to work out. I had all this desire to really work out, but due to my condition I could do anything, I wasn’t even at work. So, I started to feel better, still congested, but so much better, and I worked out Monday and Tuesday after work and I hope to work out tonight also. I am really excited and I hope this is the beginning of a great new habit I develop.
