Flu time

Well, after having the flu for two weeks I am finally feeling better and getting back to life. I have been telling myself for so long that I wanted to start losing weight and haven’t actually done too much about it. I have been maintaining, but not losing. Last week, when I couldn’t work out because I was sick, I really wanted to work out. I had all this desire to really work out, but due to my condition I could do anything, I wasn’t even at work. So, I started to feel better, still congested, but so much better, and I worked out Monday and Tuesday after work and I hope to work out tonight also. I am really excited and I hope this is the beginning of a great new habit I develop.

    That's great to hear you are better and you are exercising. I've been doing the same thing of wanting to lose weight but not doing much about it. It's time for me to get going too. Thanks for the motivation!
