addicted to slim in 6...roadtrip tomorrow, i'm scared

so i've been using my slim in 6 DVDs consistently for 3 weeks now- i've been doing ramp it up and 6pack and slim and limber and wow my body truly is transforming..i'm regretting i didn't stick the program out the 1st time i tried it in the summer...i have to take some upated pics, my abs never had this much definition in my life!...the ab routine on slim in 6 really is fantastic except regular crunches kill my back if done the wrong way, but i want my results too bad to compromise it so i deal with that pain LoL

..aslide from slim in 6 i still lift weights 3 times a week and i'll do the elliptical with it 3 times a week, once i move from ramp it up to burn it up when i get back from my road trip i prob won't do elliptical anymore the same day as it

i've also been eating excellently and a half too- the one thing it with my kashi cereal in the morning i have a cup and a half instead of just a cup- this is the fuel for my hard workouts and to get me through the day but still i have to cut down to just a cup..


tomorrow i am going on a 3 day road trip to virginia, philly and maryland and truthfully i'm petrified...last road trip i screwed up eating majorly so i'm hoping that doesn't happen again...i'm craving a great rock hard bikini body to let it happen and i packed the tightest clingyest clothes i own so hopefully that will defer me if i think about eating crap..i can make healthy choices on the road, i will make healthy choices on the road, i want to make healthy choices on the road!!!


i'm packing a cooler with fruits and veggies and of course, my trunk is full of water...in all honesty i'm kinda bummed about not being able to do slim in 6 for 2 days (i'm waking up early before i go to do it tomorrow) because i really am astonished at these results (all thanks to consistency) and sad i have to miss a day of strength training- i'm contemplating bringing my dumb bells but idk where i'd do them...but i guess i have to live and have a little fun and not let working out completely take over my life? i usually rest 1-2 days a week anyway so i will be okay


here's to healthy eating, no alcohol and a good time on my spring break road trip!


oh yea, i've also been avoiding the unnecessary easter candy all over my house! it's been hard because i used to love the mini cadbury eggs (not the cream filled ones, those make me gag but the pure chocolate ones) but i love the definition i see on my stomach way more
