So, I ran a 5K Saturday. I was just "practicing" for the real thing in May. My time was really good (for me). I am averaging about a 12 min mile. Slowly, I am getting better and better. I also feel so much stronger. I could have NEVER run like this a few years ago. Now, I am addicted to it. It is such a good feeling to want to exercise. Now, there are always days that I don't feel like working out. But, if I push myself and do it anyways, I always feel so good!

    This morning I practiced again. I averaged 11 min mile. I ran a 5k in 33 minutes! Yay!
