Wow what a crazy week! It has been a long time since I was so stressed with work. I worked until 10 p.m. 4 days in a row and I don't know how I was able to still get up each morning. On top of my work stress, my son decided to take the week off at school and has been totally slacking. So out comes my superwoman cape for home as well as work. Can I just say how much I admire women with more than one child? Good grief! Dad's really do have it easy. I kept my household in check and delivered my tasks on time at work. Not trying to toot my own horn but hey TOOOOT TOOOOOT!!!!!!!!. The only downside is that I got a big fat ZERO in the weight loss department this week. I did my ST and cardio all week but did not do my best on eating. I'm trying to stay on track but it is sooooooo hard. I have another month to go before I hit my one year anniversary of starting my new lifestyle. I thought I would have been at least 80 pounds lighter by now and sporting a super flat stomach. NOT! I have to take what I can get. I'm one pound from 60 and I'm going to try to get to 80 by July. I know what to do so this week is all about me. I'm going to focus on getting two more pounds off this week. GG's I need you to help me do this. Please make me accountable this week.

    I know I am WAY LATE on this blog, but I'm gonna give my 2 cents anywhoo!

    I agree with Serene, Kels and IKirsten, not only did you NOT gain, even with all the stress you faced both at work AND at home, you STILL got your sweat on and managed to get it all done. You are all over the -80 no doubt about it. We got your back ma, so don't even worry bout that!

    You ARE gonna be a loser before you know it, the scale will bend to your will and the numbers will go down!!

    MizzMelanie, gurrl, I'm so proud of you. That's a lot of stuff. So you didn't lose, but you DIDN'T GAIN either!!! That's such a blessing!!! So is this week supposed to be the same? I hope not, two weeks of course can make one lazy. I think this is the 3rd Sunday in a row that I have done ZILCH as far as exercising. I can't do that another Sunday or I'll be a 5 day a week kinda gurl. Can't do that, I'll get lazy and become a 4 day a week kinda gurl. You can do this. 20 lbs by July, for you, is not a problem and I think it's a realistic goal. They say the less you weigh the harder it is to lose. It's like your body gets comfy or something. That's when you got to break out the WHIP! I gotcha back. You hold me accountable, and I'll hold you accountable. GG4L
