Day 5 : DPT

Well day 4 went the smoothest so far ,the scale is moving downward and my jeans fit better...yeah!! I am keeping the carb monster at bay,walking nightly and getting all my water in where and when I should be.
To stay on track I will need to continue to retrain my body and mind was skeptical at first about this working but it is the kick in the pants I needed but at least for me it is working!
Today is the last day so I will be adding more about day 5 tomorrow.
