I was really losing, now I'm stuck! ACK!! I'm exercising more, which means I'm hungry ALL THE DARN TIME! I eat, then exericse....lose nothing. I'm sure I will start losing again, but I hate being stuck.

    Me too!! I was an exercising fool, but in the evening I wanted to eat and eat. I had to change things up. I am on day 2 of the South beach Diet Phase one. Only protein and veggies and it has kept me full!! I'm liking it so far. Maybe you can change things's up a little? Are you eating 6 small meals a day? Adding protein and carbs to each meal? That helps too. Keep on going, your doing great.. you'll get there!!!

    Yes you will overcome! You have lost so much already-so impressive! You are probably gaining muscle anyway-have you checked your measurements? That will give you some positive feedback for sure....Have a good week Beth
