This has been a slow week for me as I started out sick this week. I was sick two days didn't meet calories those days and certainly didn't exercise. Yesterday I screwed up a bit and had almost 100 calories too much and fried food. But I did get 30 minutes of walking yesterday and so far 25 minutes of walking today. Hopefully I'll fit in a few minutes of exercise before bed after cleaning a bit.
