My weight loss plan....

so as of right now, my plan will be this....

Month 1 (7/24/08 - 8/23/08): ab work and 30 min walking 3 days a week

Month 2 (8/24/08 - 9/23/08): ab work and 30 min walking daily
cardio 3x week.

Month 3 (9/24/08 - 10/23/08): ab work and 45 min walking daily
Cardio 3x week

Month 4 (10/24/08 - 11/23/08): No more xenical!!! same as month 3!!!
start weight training
try spin class again


Rewards: Start: 246
235 - new jeans
225 - 2 new tops
215 - new jeans and a night out w/o hubby...just the girls
205 - lingerie 4 hubby
195 - new jeans and family pictures
185 - make up spree...
175 - new Drivers License photo!!!
165 - 2 new outfits...non work attire!
155 - New Family Photos

Wish me luck!!!!
