So So Weekend, Great Monday

I had a so so weekend as far as eating. I exercised Saturday with Body Pump followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill, but went a little crazy with eating. Regrouped that afternoon and recovered for the rest of the day.

Sunday I did much better with the food, and even though I didn't formally exercise I did a lot of housecleaning AND gave both dogs a bath. Feel pretty good about how Sunday went.

Today I feel really good. I did my RPM class this morning and pushed hard. Ate a good, healthy breakfast, walked to the library on my lunch hour, came back and ate a good, healthy lunch.

I feel strong and motivated. I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror during RPM and didn't look half bad, even compared to some of the 'youngen's' in my class! That inspired me to push harder and has motivated me to stay on track today.
