alright so it was kind of disappointing that i couldn't change the amount on the tracker seeing as i was low midweek then jumped up again... but i suppose i have to keep in mind that i changed up my "routine" for this week and i kinda pigged out on cake and such. this week i'll modify what i'm doing even more to see if i can get optimum results. the ironic thing is that i lost 7/8ths of an inch off my tum where i usually only loose half and inch a week. i wasn't sure how to type that in though, so i gave it a guess. i'll have to make sure to do some situps everyday rather a couple times a week to see if i can loose a full inch and an eighth this time :0)

    I know how u feel, about piggin out and then u like are dissapointed in the long hal with a weigh in, but we all get there and all u can do is keep trying u know, it's crazy, but i want to wish u the best of luck and I'm with u on the inches lost that's what I'm looking forward to, ashley
