I have been doing South Beach for just over three weeks. I don't know how efficient it has been. My period is coming up so I have put the scale away until my period comes and goes. I lost about 8 pounds on Phase 1.
I am now 'transitioning' into Phase 2. While I don't eat Phase 2, every day, I don't eat Phase 1 every day, either. It's a toss-up between the two. I don't feel like I have lost any significant weight since the first week of Phase one, but my waist is smaller (I've measured) but I still feel bloated and yucky. I wish that TOM would come and go already. I know that is the main reason that I feel so yucky.
I bought a exercise bike that kicked my ass the first (and only) time I used it. Now the chain is all wonky and I don't use it because I am afraid that it is breaking. And oops, there goes $100 down the drain. Which is my grocery bill for the next two weeks. Ugh. I am still using my WATP videos, though and I feel like I am moving onto the next phase of my weight loss.
Hopefully, the big butt will jump on board!
