I'm having a fat day today. We went out to lunch with some friends, and my husband and I split a platter of mini cheeseburgers and onion straws, I didn't eat even half of the onion straws, and I only had 3 of the cheeseburgers. We thought we were doing pretty well. Then I got home and put it into my tracker, and it turns out that 3 mini cheeseburgers are almost as many calories as a regular one! SO BUMMED I WAS. Now I have like 3oo calories left for the rest of the day. And it's only like 3:30 in the afternoon!!! UGHGUGHGUGH So frustrating. Oh well. It's just one day. I'll load up on water and if the food ever settles I might hop on the elliptical for a few.
