I didn't lose any weight this week...well...yet. Last night we went out to dinner and I had a salad and steak, and onion rings. I'm betting I'm retaining water, cause I woke up in the middle of the night very thirsty. I'm going to drink a ton of water today and weigh again tomorrow to see if anything moved. On the brighter side though, I lost 1/2 in. off my hips and another 1/2 off my neck. So thats good.
