Ugh! That's what I feel like! I've had one of those days where I've done absolutely nothing but eat, read, and sleep. I should get more done on Fridays since I don't work that day, but this is ridiculous!

I haven't been tracking anything, not doing much exercise, plus I got a low-grade backache that just won't go away.

I really need some motivation! Help!

    I start by opening a window (depending on the weather) and then take a walk down the block. Just a little air helps me feel better and more like doing something.

    Ugh, I hate days like that. What usually helps me is to just do 5 or 10 minutes of something - anything that I know needs to be done, dishes, laundry, exercise, whatever.
