Back sliding

I had to go out of town yesterday and did not do very good at staying on track. The only exercise I got was walking through stores when we were buying supplies to bring back and I was way off track on my lunch. Ate more fried foods that I should. I felt so disappointed in my self and wanted to eat it away but instead I convinced my self to go on and try to make the most of the rest of the day. Also went grocery and only bought things that were good for me.
I think one of the things that kept me in line was being accountable here and realizing that even if I back slide I can still move ahead.

    well, was the food at least delicious??

    sometimes i crave french fries, and one of these days i am going to purposefully give in to the crave. It is very hard when eating out, especially when ya live in a small area with limited places to eat, and limited menus as well.

    We all have those moments. I always say if you slip, do the flip and get back on track. You did that so don't beat yourself up. You can make it! Just take slow steps and don't give up. Remember that you are a special, one of a kind person and you deserve to live a healthy, fun life. Take each moment and live it fully. Really see it and accept the challenge.
