Fianlly, I may be able to talk myself into getting back on track and may actually be at my goal weight by my goal date (My anniversay-May 6). This new-found motivation is another weight loss challenge at work. Sorry to say, but it seems if I have to weigh in front of people and if I let the team down for gaining, I am more likely to try harder to stay on track than if it's just me trying to do it for me.
I know, everyone always says to do this for yourself, but I don't do much for myself, but I bend over backwards for others, so making it part of a team challenge really helps. I've been in challenges with my SP teams and it helps, but not as much as being on a team with people you have to look in the face.
I'm excited, maybe this is the new push I need to get going again!
