I WILL STAY ON TRACK TODAY!!!!

I have absolutely GOT to get serious. I refuse to go up a pants size, and my jeans are getting snug. I have the exercise part of 'healthy lifestyle' down pat. It is the eating that is making me crazy. I know what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat. I just derail too often. I do so well all day, then am a freaking train wreck when I get home. Starting tonight I am going to take a walk after dinner with the dog so I am not hanging out. When I hang out I end up hanging out in the pantry with cheese nips or some other such evil friends who make me fat.

I am also nursing a foot problem, which affects my running and riding, and also my attitude. I don't do well with any sort of injury, and taking it easy is difficult for me. But I really do want to heal, so I am trying hard to stay focused on treating it nicely!
