Even that's getting better...psst! PMS that is!

Thursday, March 06, 2008

I have to admit that this whole lifestyle change...that is, clean eating and working out consistently... has changed my world in so many ways.

Aside from the scale moving (FINALLY), I have so how much more energy. I guess I always knew I felt tired and bleh! but you don't know how bad you actually felt until you start feeling good and then it's"Oh, this is what it feels like to feel good!" I wasn't expecting radiant skin, clearer thinking, less mood swings, sleeping like a rock and now even my dreaded PMS is getting better.

Seriously, a few years ago it was so bad that I considered moving out of the house for two weeks a month. Yuck it was awful. I did take some action in cleaning up my diet and trying to exercise even back then. It did get better but this month was like wow! This is not so bad!

Sure I had a few "irritable" moments but nothing like before. The combination of natural progesterone cream (prescribed by my doctor and all natural), working out CONSISTENTLY, taking my vitamins again CONSISTENTLY and of course my nutrition is all working well. Must be all of the good fats, lovely fruits and veggies and just plain clean eating! Whatever the case may be, I feel good and that alone makes me want to keep this up.
