so yesterday wasn't feeling well and didn't get to my exercise till late. i jumped on the stationary bike while watching a movie then moved on to some swiss ball yoga. after that a bit of upper body weights and then on to some full out yoga as the swiss ball video kinda gets you in the mood to do more, and so i finished just before midnight. hopefully things will get better today...

    Hey girly girl, YOU MUST SLEEP!!! Do you know that your body repairs and replentishes its self during sleep? Besides exercise directly before sleep will cause you most of the time not to sleep as sound or as deep.
