Two of our granddaughters are staying with us for awhile. They're both track stars. They're encouraging me to start running with them. I told them I would jog around the block as they run. And on their second time around, stop and get my cell phone from my pocket and call 911, I'll need an ambulance by then!! LOL I do plan to go out and ride my bike as they run. I know I can't run, but I can bike. This might be good for me having them here.

With my luck and walking status, they'd probably make around the block 2 times before I got 1/8 of the block...Good for you for to at least get some movement going...even if it isn't up their standards. Kathy 4736 days ago

Well, Kayleen made it around the block 2 times running while I made it around once on my bike. My legs were like jello!!! I had to walk it the last 50 feet. It will be better tonight. 4738 days ago
